From Small Beginnings...

Our Vision:
We want to move people, supplies and donated aircraft to the mission field at little or no cost to those who need it!

Meet the aviators.

Danny and Shana Orser have been in preparation for this ministry since 1997.  Some time was spent with a small Florida-based aviation ministry, followed by a couple years helping build a small mission plane.  Inwardly God has been building and stretching our faith.  The vision is so much bigger than us, it is His mercy to give us time.  He has given us two little girls.  We are anticipating much fulfillment of purpose in this great harvest.

Jeff and Shira Ellsworth met and married in aviation!  Both are pilots and mechanics.  After building the Murphy Rebel, a two-seater mission plane, they with their small son, moved to Belize.  They are reaching remote villages with the gospel.

Jim Lewis is a retired 777 pilot who has been serving the Body of Christ in various ways.  He has used his Beech Travelair twin-engine aircraft for missions, including flights to Belize.  Also for Agape Flights out of Sarasota, Florida,  He makes regular flights to Haiti with their 208 Caravan, delivering much-needed supplies.

How we started:
Antioch Aviation, a ministry outreach of Destiny Ministries Intl, was formed in 1999 with the vision of serving the Lord through aviation.  In early 2000, we purchased a half finished Murphy Rebel experimental aircraft for only $3000.  The airplane had no engine, no radios and was completely disassembled.

Through God's abundant provision, the airplane was built over the course of 3 years.  It has a brand new engine.  All of the expenses have been paid and the aircraft has no money outstanding owed on it.  This in fact is a miracle since Destiny does not actively fundraise for projects but The Lord graciously provided by laying the work on the hearts of people who gave generously.  (The engine alone is worth $25,000).

If it weren't for the volunteers who worked on the airplane and supported the ministry, the project would still be in someone's garage.  There are those people who would prefer to remain unnamed who have a reward in heaven for their dedication.

Missionaries Jeff and Shira Ellsworth (Pictured) along with their young son Benjamin use the aircraft for their ministry in Belize, Central America.

Praise God!

We've just learned that another airplane, a Cessna 182, will be joining the family!  Details to follow as soon as known!

We're looking for more airplanes. Any size will do. A lot can be done with a Cessna, Piper or Beechcraft airplane, single engined or twin, placed in the right area of the world. We'd like to build upon the success of the Rebel and try to get more airplanes to more places around the world.  Ultimately, we'd like to be able to fly people in missions to any place in the world at whatever cost they can afford.

We're a small operation.  We don't have a lot in our bank account.  However, God has provided miraculously to us in the past.  We believe He owns everything and that He can impress upon people much in the same way He did for the Rebel.

We do from time to time fly shoebox gifts to children in Central America using a small twin engined airplane which use is graciously provided to us when we need it.

Our big dream is to own and use a Pilatus PC-12 aircraft for use in ministry.  This aircraft is fully equipped and is the finest aircraft of it's class.  It's capability would be imeasurable on the mission field including flying people and supplies into third world areas as well as......................

The Pilatus PC-12

Also:  A God idea?

This airplane can be used to broadcast the Gospel over radio.  At an altitude which the PC-12 can achieve, it can be an effective platform for radio broadcasts over hundreds and hundreds of square miles. (PS.. it's already been tried somewhere..)  Think of the possibilities.
